Prohibited Items

PERFUMES/BODY SPRAYS, HAIR SPRAYS, BATTERIES, PASSPORTS, AMMUNATIONS, DRUGS AND OTHER FLAMABLE ITEMS

You will also have to fill in a declaration form with signature confirming that no such things in the parcel

You and your family members at the destination needs to check our seal on the package, if its open or broken, please do not receive it and immediately call our local office to inform them, We will not be responsible for any claim once you received the package and make a claim afterwards

We need a complete itemised list of the items you are sending with approx value

Insurance liability maximum of £50.00 (proof of receipts required) claims settlements can take up to 10-12 weeks

Nationwide collection from your door (little charges apply) Free collection within 5 miles radius from Ilford, East London

Outside 5 miles radius £20 flat rate for whole shipment

Collection charges (Outside London) £15 per package up to 30kgs from anywhere UK and Scotland (main land)

Saturday/Sunday /Bank Holiday collection £25 extra (within London)

Customer Declaration

I/We hereby authorize Classic Air Cargo to complete all necessary export formalities on our behalf subject to their standard terms and conditions. Also undertake that there is no contraband items (drugs, batteries, perfumes, body sprays, aerosols, corrosive, firearms, radioactive materials, pressurized cylinders, printer cartridges etc.) packed in the consignment.

Terms & Conditions

1. Old parcels will be valued at £50.00
2. New parcels maximum refund will be £100.00
3. The parcel may be disposed of if any dutiable are packed without our permission/notice
4. If parcel is not received at destination and no enquiry is made within 7 days, we will not held any responsibility of lost
5. It is your family responsibility to check parcel condition/contents upon delivery, if you suspect anything missing, Do not receive or sign, If you signed and received parcel without checking, no claim will be accepted
6. In case of any restricted items (mentioned above) found in your parcel, we will remove them from the parcel and you will have to pay penalty
7. If you lock your parcel, most likely custom will open/break the lock for checking purposes, Do not worry it is normal procedure, Customs staff check parcels in presence of our own staff members
8. The Company will not accept any claims for fragile items if not packed properly
9. We deliver most of the cities and villages in Pakistan but some areas are out of route or service area, in that case your family got to collect from the nearest pickup point, specially if you live in rural areas.
