We deliver to almost all areas across Pakistan, including AJK. Parcels are delivered directly to your door. For rural areas, delivery may be to the nearest depot—please confirm with our operator before booking.

Duty-Free Items
Clothes, Shoes, Blankets, Duvets, Chocolates, Cereals, Dry Fruits, Toiletries (Shampoo, Soap, Toothpaste, Hand Wash, Creams), Children’s Toys, Cosmetics, Pampers, Artificial Jewellery, Books, Household Appliances (Iron, Hair Dryer, Hair Straightener), and more.
Prohibited Items
Perfumes, Body Sprays, Hair Sprays, Batteries, Passports, Ammunition, Drugs, and other flammable or restricted items.
⚠️ Declaration Required: You must complete and sign a declaration form confirming no prohibited items are included.

Delivery & Claims
• Always check the parcel seal on delivery. If broken, do not accept the parcel and report it immediately to our local office.
• An itemised list with approximate values must be provided for each shipment.
• Insurance liability: up to £50 (receipts required). Claims may take 10–12 weeks for settlement.

• Box (30x20x20 in): £6 each
• Box (24x24x24 in): £6 each
• Sack: £3 each
• Brown Tape: £1.50 each
• Packing service: £5 per package

Terms & Conditions
• Old parcels: valued at £50 max.
• New parcels: refund up to £100 max.
• Dutiable items without notice may lead to disposal of the parcel.
• Claims not reported within 7 days of non-delivery will not be accepted.
• Recipients must check parcel condition before signing. Claims after acceptance will not be valid.
• Restricted items (if found) will be removed and penalties charged.
• Locked parcels may be opened by customs—this is standard procedure.
• Fragile items must be properly packed; we cannot accept liability otherwise.
• Some rural locations may require collection from the nearest pickup point.
